America's Founders - Christian or Deist

I  was listening to a pastor on TV, that responded to a question about the  founding fathers of America. He repeated the lie he had heard, that  most of the founders were not Christian but deists. This included 

George  Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin. It is time to quit  believing the lies of the devil.  It is time to educate ourselves and  our religious leaders of America’s true Christian Heritage!

George Washington
Until  the early 1900s, it was common knowledge that George Washington was a  Christian. Then a book came out, claiming the opposite, and other books  followed using that book (lie) as a source.
These are some quotes from George Washington:
-No  man has a more perfect reliance on the alwise and powerful  dispensations of the Supreme Being than I have, nor thinks His aid more  necessary.
-You do  well to wish to learn our arts and ways of life, and above all, the  religion of Jesus Christ. These will make you a greater and happier  people than you are.
-The  blessing and protection of Heaven are at all times necessary but  especially so in times of public distress and danger. The General hopes  and trusts that every officer and man will endeavor to live and act as  becomes a Christian soldier, defending the dearest rights and liberties  of his country.
-I  now make it my earnest prayer that God would… most graciously be pleased  to dispose us all to do justice, to love mercy, and to demean ourselves  with that charity, humility, and pacific temper of the mind which were  the characteristics of the Divine Author of our blessed religion.
- It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible.

Thomas Jefferson
Claimed today as being the leader of separation of Church and State and a deist.
But what does history really say?
-Thomas Jefferson ordered a military band to play at Christian Church services inside the Capital.
-He  put together a book today called the Jefferson Bible, claiming he took  out parts of the Bible out that he didn’t like. But the real title of  the book was ‘The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth’. It is a compact  version of the 4 Gospels, with the majority being the words of Jesus.  He made this book to be a missionary tool to the Indians.
These are some quotes from him:
-The  practice of morality being necessary for the well being of society, He  [God] has taken care to impress its precepts so indelibly on our hearts  that they shall not be effaced by the subtleties of our brain. We all  agree in the obligation of the moral principles of Jesus and nowhere  will they be found delivered in greater purity than in His discourses.
-I  am a Christian in the only sense in which He wished anyone to be:  sincerely attached to His doctrines in preference to all others.
-I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ.

Benjamin Franklin
When  the Continental Congress could not agree and the thought of a  Constitution looked hopeless, it is Ben Franklin that stood up and said  (in part). ‘In the  beginning of the Contest with G. Britain, when we were sensible of  danger we had daily prayer in this room for the divine protection.- Our  prayers, Sir, were heard, & they were graciously answered. All of us  who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances  of a superintending providence in our favor. To that kind providence we  owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace on the means of  establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten  that powerful friend? or do we imagine that we no longer need his  assistance?’
He also wrote his own eulogy to be read at his funeral. ‘The  body of Benjamin Franklin, printer, like the cover of an old book, its  contents torn out and stripped of its lettering and guilding, lies here,  food for worms. Yet the work itself shall not be lost; for it will, as  he believed, appear once more in a new and more beatiful edition,  corrected and amended by the Author.’

Historical  evidence is overwhelmingly clear, that America could not have become a  nation without the help of God, and the prayers of His people. The great  majority of the Continental Congress and signers of the Constitution  were Christians. A few references, (with massive documentation  available) are below.

John Adams (2nd President) stated ‘Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other’.  Truly we have fallen into that inadequacy Adams spoke of. America is in  full rebellion against the God that made America great, and America is  in crisis after crisis. Only a national repentance can save this nation,  from the chaos which is to come. But national repentance must start  with the Church. God is calling to His church in America:
Live a life that honors Jesus Christ and turn from your wicked ways.
Share the Gospel to all that will here, for the time is short.
Pray like you have never prayed before, for the prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Who is Human - Man vs God

There  are two views on ‘Who Is Human’. One is an evil man-made version built  upon greed, power, and the lie of evolution. The other is built upon the  love of a great Creator God for His Creation.

In  Nazi Germany people that were mentally or physically disabled were  classified as not or no longer human. This made an excuse for Hitler and  his Nazi political party to kill and/or do medical experiments on those  people. Another part of the Nazi agenda declared the ‘White-Aryan’  people to be the most pure and advanced of all people on earth. This  made it acceptable to kill Jewish and other ‘undesirable’ people.

To  a large extent, Nazi Germany was following an evil movement in America  started by Margaret Sanger (1879-1966). She, her colleagues and  followers believed only the superior elite should have children.  Sterilization, birth control and abortion was the plan for keeping  ‘non-superior’ individuals from multiplying. They formed the American  Birth Control League which became Planned Parenthood in 1942. Clear  references were made against ‘black’ or ‘yellow’ skin people, along with  the poor that had to work for a living.

The  Bible and the Jewish Holy Books say that God created man and woman in  His own image (Genesis 1:27). He gave them a living soul (Genesis 2:7),  and made them greater than all of the animals (Genesis 1:28).
The Declaration of Independence of the United States recognized God’s Word concerning mankind when it stated, ‘
We  hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,  that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,  that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
God also speaks of the humanity of the unborn (Exodus 21:22-23, Luke 1:41, Jeremiah 1:5).

By  America and Christians accepting the lie of the devil, that the unborn  are not human, millions of unborn babies have been murdered. But that is  not the problem, but a symptom of it. God gave Americans great freedom  and responsibility. Our freedom, including to worship God was bought by  the prayers and blood of Americans that have gone on before us. There  was a great price paid. But we have taken the freedom and ignored our  responsibility. The average church member, that claims to be a  Christian, is more loyal to their political party, labor union, friends,  and their own comfort than they are to God and His Word. The Bible  states (Proverbs 29:2) ‘When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.’  Yet in silence and deed the American Church continues to support evil.  James 4:4 declares that if we are a friend of this evil world, we are an  enemy of God (paraphrased).

Of  course every person is responsible for their own walk with God (Romans  14:12-13, Ecclesiastes 12:14), but the leaders of the people have a much  greater responsibility (James 3:1, Ezekiel 3:17-19, Ezekiel 33:6).  According to a Barna Research Study, 90% of pastors believe abortion,  homosexuality, sex outside of marriage and many other issues are  Biblical Moral Issues, not political issues. However less than 10% of  pastors preach on these issues? Barna Group also found that over 50% of  Christians want pastors to preach on these Biblical Moral Issues.

God’s  call to the Church, and individual Christians is to repent, turn back  to Him, purify yourselves, and guard your hearts from this evil world.
But  to the leaders of the Church, The Lord God has called you to be a  leader in The Way of Righteousness, and to spread His Gospel throughout  the world. He has called you to lead in the way of holiness, and to be a  light to the evil world. But many of you have turned to worldly wisdom,  to build your church. The Lord God says unto you, ‘
The  Church is not yours, but Mine. Repent. My Word is a sword against sin,  that brings a sinner to repentance, and to eternal life in Me. But many  of you have called it politically incorrect. Know you not, that there is  no forgiveness without true repentance. Repent. Many say speaking of  sin is an offence to the world. But I have not called you to be a friend  of the world. I have called you and the people you serve to come out  from the world and be a separate people. My Church is not to be part of  the world, but a refuge from the world. A place of light, shining out  for Eternal Life, for all who seek it. Repent.’  (James 4:17)  The Lord God of all Creation is calling upon all in leadership to follow  Scripture and call good, good and evil, evil. To speak clearly that all  men are sinners, and deserve to go to hell. To tell of the love and  great sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross. To call sinners to  repentance and to the Cross of Christ for forgiveness. And to call God’s  people to live a holy life that honors Him. If any leader of God’s  people will do all that, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and  follow the Lord with all of their heart, then will the Holy Spirit of  God strengthen them as leaders and increase understanding of God’s Holy  Word.

America Daring God for Destruction

Truly America is in full rebellion against the One True Holy Creator God.
-Almost 60 million babies have been murdered by American abortion since Roe v Wade (1973).
-The Supreme Court has declared homosexual marriage, the law of the land.
-American  Public (State) Schools are teaching American children homosexuality,  transgenderism (A boy may be a girl in a boys body), and other sexual  perversions
-California School system now has unisex restrooms and has eliminated those designated for individual sexes.
-Houston, homosexual mayor has demanded copies of all sermons from churches, to look for, possible ‘discriminatory language’.
-Bakers and Photographers are fined and put out of business because of their belief in Biblical (non-homosexual) Marriage.
-American  Schools have outlawed the God of the Bible, while teaching Muslim  culture and religion. Even singing praise to Allah is accepted. Other  religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Atheism are also accepted and  openly taught, while Christianity and Judaism are forbidden 
-American  companies (with the help of the media) are threatening local and state  governments to not come against any form of sexual perversion.

I  feel it is too late for America. America as many of us remember her, is  gone forever, never to be seen again. The sin and full rebellion  against God, has gone too far. The traditional (Biblical) American  family is under unprecedented attack and is being replaced with  government approved perversion. We are heading for a full disintegration  of our society, while, (with few exceptions) the Church continues, to  love this evil world more than the Lord Jesus Christ, and stands  silently watching society fall. (Matthew 5:13)

God  gave America the privilege and duty of self government. If anyone looks  at our Constitution and early laws, you see honor to God and His Word.  Our moral laws were based upon the Bible. But today’s average Christian  thinks more of their political party, and lifestyle than they do God’s  Word. As the Democratic Party supports abortion, homosexuality, and is  in full rebellion against God’s Word, millions of ‘Christians’ continue  to knowingly support evil. As Republican lawmakers turn against God’s  moral principles, ‘Christians’ continue to knowingly support evil.  Scripture says you can not love and serve two masters. Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other;...  It is a sinful, world-loving Church that has turned it’s back on God,  and is to blame for the fall of America. If there is any hope for  America, it has to start with a truly repentant Church. Christians must  turn from their support of sin and the love of this world, and turn to  Jesus Christ for forgiveness. Evil must be called evil and good must be  called good (Isaiah 5:20). Do not trust in saying, ‘I am a child of God’  or ‘I am a Christian’, because God says (James 4:4) Ye  adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the  world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the  world is the enemy of God. (See Note 1 below) (I Peter 1:14-16)

Who  can tell. If the Church and America repent, and turn from their  rebellion against God, maybe He will turn from, delay, or lessen the  judgement against America. Scripture tells in Jonah 3 of Nineveh  repenting and God held back His judgement. However when King David (2  Samuel 12) sinned and repented, the judgement came.

The doctrine - no not judge

We hear it all the time. The words of Jesus in Matthew 7:1-2 ‘Judge  not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall  be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you  again’. That and other similar passages are commonly used to say we  are not to judge. This is commonly said to include judgement of sin in  anyway, including a persons actions. However this view of the word  ‘judge’ does not line up with the rest of Scripture. Interestingly, the  same people that say you can not judge, hypocritically accuse (judge)  others for ‘judging’.

First we know that Jesus did not and can not lie. He said (according to the King James Bible), ‘Judge not’.  But the word ‘Judge’ has multiple meanings and has changed in meaning  from the time when King James Bible was written. So we must look at the  entire Bible text, and root words for a clear meaning of the words of  Jesus in this passage.

God  has already declared many thoughts and acts as sin. If we say murder,  rape, and homosexuality is sin, we are not declaring it to be sinful,  but are echoing what God has already said. A better way of speaking  could be, ‘God has said, declared, and proclaimed murder, rape and  homosexuality are evil and sinful.’ It is under God’s authority, that  acts are declared wrong, not ours.

God  used His servants in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, to call  out sin. In the Old Testament, God sent Jonah to Nineveh (book of  Jonah), Nathan to King David (2 Samuel 12:7), and Jeremiah  (book of  Jeremiah) to the Children of Israel. God used those servants (and many  others), to call out sin, call people to repent (turn from sin), and  turn to Him. In the New Testament we find the same thing. In Matthew 23,  Jesus called out the sin of the Scribes and Pharisees and warned them  of judgement. In Acts 5, Ananias and Sapphira died as Peter confronted  them with their sin. In 1 Corinthians 5 and 6, Paul speaks of dealing  with sin inside the Church. In proclaiming the Good News of the Gospel,  people were told to repent of their sin (sorrowfully, turn from evil),  and look to God for forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

One  of the primary meanings of the word Judge, would be in a courtroom,  pronouncing judgement of innocent or guilty with penalty for the evil  doer. This lines up with the rest of Scripture much better than the  general term of Judge commonly used today. 

But there is still more to this subject. Matthew 7 3-5 says ‘And  why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but  considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say  to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a  beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out  of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote  out of thy brother’s eye.’ Of course Jesus is not speaking of actual  wood in the eye in this passage. Can you imagine a 2x4 in a person’s  eye? Jesus is using a common way of speaking of that time. Verses 3-5  are a continuation of verses 1 and 2. In context we are not to judge  others with an, ‘I am perfect, you are dirt’ attitude. But instead we  must repent of our sin and turn to Christ for forgiveness. Then we can  help others with their sin, and lead them to Jesus Christ for  forgiveness and eternal life. Understand that we will never be perfect  here on earth, and Jesus is calling us to judge ourselves first. (1  Corinthians 11:31)

For the Christian;
1 We can not and are not to judge an individual persons eternal destiny. All will stand before God, and He will judge.
2  If we say sin is bad, we are only repeating what God has already said  about it. Here we must follow what Scripture says, not society or  personal views.
3 Some will be called by God in a special way to call out sin.
4 To truly love a person, is to want them to go to Heaven, and the only way is through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
5  Helping people to understand that we all have sinned, is an important  part of the Gospel message, and can not be ignored. A person can not  repent of sin, if they don’t realize they have sinned.
6  We must not have a self righteous attitude. We must recognize our own  sin, turn from it, and seek forgiveness in Jesus Christ. Here we must  remember that we will never be perfect in this world, but to do all we  can to live a life that gives honor to Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 1:14-16)
7 With a pure heart we are to guide people from their sin to forgiveness and eternal life in Jesus Christ.

For the Non-Christian, there is good news;
1 It is a fact that none of us are perfect, (Romans 3:23)
2 The requirement to get into Heaven is perfection, never done anything wrong, (Romans 6:23)
3 When Jesus Christ died, He paid the price for our sin (imperfection), (Romans 5:8 and 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
4 If you accept what Jesus has done for us, He will give you forgiveness. (Acts 4:12)
5 God looks at our hearts, (1 Samuel 16:7)
6  Scripture says, I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and  just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
7  1 John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the  name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life,
8 God has promised a great eternal life to His children, (Revelation 22:14)

One world religion

This is a 3 part message

Part 1

The  Bible talks of a One World Religion and a One World Government in the  ‘later days’. (Book of Revelation) Where are we at today?

God  has always had His people, whether part of ‘organized religion’ or not.  But when looking for a One World Church, we must look for an ‘organized  common religion’,

The  first organized Christian church(s) appears to be the Roman Catholic  and Eastern Orthodox. They were common, but separate until about  1000-AD, when they cut fellowship. Protestant denominations started  another separation in the 16th century when Martin Luther broke away  from the Roman Catholic church. Today there are thousands of religions  and denominations.

For  many years now the Roman Church has worked at bringing all religions  together (John 17:21 That they may all be one...). But today this coming  together seems to be on steroids. The Roman Catholic and Eastern  Orthodox are in talks to bring their religions together. Groups of  influential evangelical leaders have met with the Pope to start working  together. The head of the World Council of Churches stated ‘I believe  that in our time God is opening new ways for us to unify...’ The Pope is  also meeting with leaders of non-Christian religions to find common  ground. Finally, there is a call for a great world wide meeting in 2025  for the merging of all world religions.

One  of the major points of contention between the Roman Catholic and other  religions is the authority of the Pope. Interestingly multiple Roman  Catholic prophesies (and others) indicate that Pope Francis will be the  last pope. As this world moves to a One World Church, will the Pope  remain in a leadership position, go away, or assume a new position in  the One World Wide Church? Only God knows and time will tell.

These are interesting days to be alive.

Part 2

 Some have asked for more information from The One World Religion article.

The  most famous of the Pope prophesies comes from a Catholic Bishop Malachy  of the 12th century. The prophecy is said to foretell, of the Roman  Catholic Popes from his lifetime till the end. Of interest today is the  fact the his prophecy ends with the Last Pope #112, which is Pope  Francis. The following link has details from the prophecy concerning the  last 10 popes

Another Catholic, Arch-Bishop Sheen 'prophesied’, 'The  false church will be worldly ecumenical, and global. It will be a loose  federation of churches. And religions forming some type of global  association. A world parliament of churches. It will be emptied of all  divine content and will be the mystical body of the Antichrist. He also stated 'Satan will recruit him (the false prophet) from among our bishops.”

Look  at the massive growth of the ecumenical movement today, especially  since Pope Francis took office. Is this ecumenical movement of Pope  Francis going to fulfill the ‘prophecies’ of Bishops Malachy and Sheen,  and form the One World Church?  We do know, the book of Revelation says,  there will be a One World Religion, it will not serve God and will be  run by The False Prophet. If the prophecies are correct, the False  Prophet will be a Bishop from the Roman Church, and will be the head of  the Harlot Church of Revelation.

Were  Malachy and Sheen Christians, and were the ‘prophesies’, from the Holy  Spirit, I don’t know. But they do line up with Revelation 17:1-9. This  passage speaks of the Harlot Church as Mother of Harlots, a woman, full  of blasphemy, full of abominations, filthiness of fornication, drunk on  the blood of God’s people, and has seven heads. A woman is reference to a  Church. The blasphemy, abominations, and fornication speak of  rebellion, sin and insults against God (Jesus Christ). Drunk with the  blood, speaks of enjoyment in killing God’s people. The seven heads is  explained in verse 9. ‘The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth’.  Rome is called the city of seven hills. Taking verse 9 and the Sheen  prophecy together, it appears that the Harlot Ecumenical Church will be  headed by a former Roman Catholic Bishop and will have it’s headquarters  in Rome, replacing the current Roman Catholic church.

The  two Roman Catholic prophecies, the one from Revelation, and current  events today, all seem to line up perfectly. How soon is the day when  Jesus returns for His True Church? Time will tell, and while we are  here, all these things will be very interesting to watch.

Part 3

 It does appear the One World Religion of Revelation will be an  Ecumenical Anti-God Religion. One that will not really stand for  anything, other than being against the Real Jesus Christ. This apostasy  will have an image of ‘Jesus’ as part of the church, but it will not be  the Jesus of God’s Holy Scripture.

Understand  that ecumenicalism can be profitable, for example, working together for  a common cause, such as a food pantry or pro-life. But we must be  cautious. A church that has only the name Jesus in it, or that accepts  Jesus as only a prophet, is not Christian. To be a real Christian  church, some things must be accepted as fact, including, the deity of  Christ, His sinless life, His sacrificial death and resurrection. Any  denomination, sect, or religion that does not accept at least those  simple Biblical truths is not Christian.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Colossians 1:17
He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

In  my previous article (part 2), I mentioned that it looks like the Roman  Catholic Church will be replaced by the Harlot Church of Revelation, but  be not deceived. There will be no organized ‘Christian Church’ that  will not bow it’s knee to the One World Apostate Church, or it will  cease to exist. Revelation 17:6 states, the Harlot Church will be  obsessed in killing real Christians that believe in Jesus Christ. The  Real Church of Jesus Christ will go ‘underground’, as many give their  life for Him.

This  current ecumenical (and other) movement(s) is working to water down the  Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is working to merge non-Christian religions  with Christian. Many that were once thought to be Solidly Christian, are  now denying who Jesus Christ is, and what He has done for us. These  churches will easily merge into the One World (anti-Christ) Church, of  Revelation.

Do  not depend upon any denomination to get you to Heaven. Heaven is only  available through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. No mater  what any church says, we should not, we can not, deny Jesus Christ is  God, Who came to earth, lived a perfect life, died a sacrificial death  for us, defeated death, and is now in Heaven making intersections for  us.

If  we accept Jesus as the Lord of our life and trust Him and His perfect  work to get us to Heaven we will someday hear Him say to us, ‘enter in  thou good and faithful servant’.

Many  Christians today say that politics don’t belong in the Church, but what  does Scripture say, about what we call political?  Should a Christian  carry their Faith, and God’s Word outside the walls of the local church?

Jesus’s first commandment was  Mark 12:30 (KJV) ‘thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength’.  This commandment clearly speaks of Spiritual, Mental and Physical acts  of love for Christ. We are to honor God in every part of our life. That  includes keeping God’s moral laws. If we disobey Him, Scripture says,  the cry of sin reaches unto God.  (Genesis 18:20, Genesis 4:10, Exodus  32:7-8, Revelation 6:10) His second commandment was to ‘Love Others’. A  true love for others is to teach and instruct them concerning God’s  Word. That would include the good news of Jesus paying the price for our  sin, as well as teaching God’s moral standards. These two can not be  separated. (Romans 6:15)

Is  Abortion, the killing of an unborn child, a political issue, or as  Scripture defines it, murder? Is homosexuality a political issue or as  Scripture calls it an abomination? If God clearly says things are wrong,  we as Christians must accept the Biblical view. Do not be deceived by  the lies of the devil (John 8:44). What God has said in His Word is  true. (Proverbs 30:5, Psalm 33:4)

We  as Christians must accept and support God’s Word on ‘social issues’.  Ignoring His word because it is contrary to society, is putting the  world before Him. We must guard our heart and minds from the evil of  this world. 1 John 2:15  Love not the world, neither the things that are  in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not  in him. Even if all of society is against us, God has called us to stand  with Him against evil. (Romans 12:2 and Exodus 23:2)

the great society and the destruction of the american family

The  Great Society was the original name for the current U.S. Government  ‘Welfare System’. Though it is not as obvious as abortion and the  current push to destroy America’s moral values with all kinds of sexual  perversions (including LGBT note 1), it is just as evil and clearly an  attack against God and His Word.

Prior  to President Johnson’s ‘War on Poverty - The Great Society’ (1965) the  American family followed the Biblical pattern. One man, one woman and  normally children was the standard throughout society. President Johnson  made it clear that the ‘Great Society’ program was not to help people,  but was a political move. He said, ‘We will have those N* voting for us  (the Democratic party) for the next hundred years’. In the process of  helping to bankrupt the U.S Government, the ‘Welfare System’ has changed  the American family structure. The ‘Black community’ has been the  hardest hit, with a large portion of women raising children on their  own, just to collect ‘Welfare’. If a couple gets married, ‘benefits’ are  lost. The Biblical Family Unit is being destroyed by government  ‘Welfare Payments’. The lack of the proper male and female leadership in  the families of the ‘Black Community’, has also helped to create an  epidemic of crime.

Also  against God’s Word, the ‘Welfare System’ is paying people not to work.  Prior to the ‘Great Society’ people worked for a living, but now many  hands are idle (Psalms 28:4) to collect ‘free money’. (2 Thessalonians  3:10)

I  have only scratched the surface of this evil ‘Welfare System’. It and  the other evil programs pushed by the Democratic Party are in full  rebellion against God, and are at the root of destroying America. (Link 1  and 2) In the 2012 convention a large portion of Democrats did not want  the word God in their platform (Link 3). Supporting the evil Democratic  Party and it’s deeds, (as it is today) is sin against God and His Word.  (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

This  is not an endorsement for the Republican Party, for they have not been  Godly either. But the agenda of the Democratic Party is now under total  control of the Devil. To support such evil, (Link 4) is to become a  partaker of that evil, and an enemy of God. Scripture is clear that God  has not called us to support evil, but to be a standard for  righteousness. (1 John 3:8) By the direction of the Holy Spirit and in  the name of Jesus Christ, I am calling upon all those that call  themselves a Christian to cease support for the demonically controlled  Democratic Party. (1 John 2:4-5)

Do  not be deceived and say ‘I am a Christian and can do anything, because I  am forgiven.’ For the Lord God has said, he that stands in rebellion  against Me and My Word will surely not enter into Heaven, but will stand  in judgement for their evil deeds. (Matthew 7:21-23) Judge yourself,  and turn from your sin. It is far better to judge yourself here, than to  stand before the Great White Throne Judgement and be cast into  everlasting fire. (Revelation 20:11-15)

This  letter is not about politics or a political party, but voices a concern  for people that are in rebellion against God’s Word and some selling  their soul, for friendship with this evil world. (Proverbs 28:9)

     ‘Gay Marriage: As expected, the party takes the plunge, offering its first formal support for same-sex marriage rights.’

It  was September 1814, during the war of 1812, Francis Scott Key was  watching the bombardment of Fort McHenry. When he awoke, he saw the  American Flag still flying high. He was so inspired, he wrote a poem  called the Star Spangled Banner. The poem was later put to the tune of  an English song of the day, and became the National Anthem of the United  States of America.. This is the original 4 verses of the Star Spangled  Banner.

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof thro' the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore dimly seen thro' the mists of the deep, Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes, What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep, As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses? Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam, In full glory reflected, now shines on the stream: 'Tis the star-spangled banner: O, long may it wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion A home and a country should leave us no more? Their blood has wash'd out their foul footsteps' pollution. No refuge could save the hireling and slave From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave: And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

O, thus be it ever when freemen shall stand, Between their lov'd homes and the war's desolation; Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the heav'n-rescued land Praise the Pow'r that hath made and preserv'd us a nation! Then conquer we must, when our cause is just, And this be our motto: "In God is our trust" And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

There  have been other verses that have come and gone, but during the Civil  War an additional verse was added. The following is the verse added  during that great war. When multiple verses of our National Anthem are  sung, this verse is often incorporated.

When our land is illumined with Liberty's smile, If a foe from within strike a blow at her glory, Down, down with the traitor that dares to defile
The flag of her stars and the page of her story! By the millions unchained who our birthright have gained, We will keep her bright blazon forever unstained! And the Star-Spangled Banner in triumph shall wave While the land of the free is the home of the brave.

In  this time of great trial for America, we don’t know, will she survive  or not. May the words of our National Anthem give hope and strength to  all who hear them.

THE BIBLE naked & nakedness


Interesting  and unusual can not begin to describe this article. It starts by  looking at God’s Word concerning the word ‘Naked’ which appears(KJV), 30  times in the Old Testament and 15 times in the New. The word  ‘nakedness’ is also used in scripture and occurs 43 times (KVJ).

In  our society today, the word naked, almost always refers to being  without clothes. But about 2/3 of the time in Scripture,  naked/nakedness, is not referring to without clothes, but to sin or a  result of sin. In other words ‘Spiritually Naked’.  Here are some  examples.
In Hebrews 4:13 the meaning is unable to hide from, or hide anything from God.
Leviticus  18 and 20 uses nakedness in reference to sexual sin. ‘Uncover(ed)  nakedness’ generally speaks of incest (sex within family).
The  text of Revelation 3:17 and 16:15 is full of meaning and can include  physical nakedness, unable to hide from God, and the result of sin.
The  majority of times naked/nakedness is used in Scripture refers to sinful  behavior, or a result of sin. (2 Chronicles 28:19, Lamentations 4:21)

In  some cases the Bible uses physical nakedness to show or speak of  spiritual nakedness. In Genesis 3, after Adam and Eve ate of the  forbidden fruit, they became spiritually naked and made the first  clothes, to try to hide from God. This was probably more like camouflage  than just covering of the sexual areas (As we see in pictures). God  than sacrificed an animal, shed it’s blood and made clothes as a  covering for Adam and Eve. I believe this was probably a lamb, the first  sacrifice for sin, a covering, a type of Christ. (Hebrews 9:22)

Only  about 1/3 of the times when naked/nakedness is used in the Bible, does  it mean without clothes. In Genesis 2 Adam and Eve were naked and  unashamed. Isaiah 20, tells of God ordering His prophet Isaiah to go  barefoot and naked for 3 years, as a prophecy against Egypt and  Ethiopia. The Bible then tells of Egypt and Ethiopia being defeated and  marched into captivity barefoot and naked. 1Samuel 19:24 speaks of  Prophets prophesying naked. This seems to line up with a custom of the  priests. When God’s word was insulted or ignored (by sin) the priest  would tear off their clothes. In these cases it appears physical  nakedness was used as a picture of standing before God spiritually  naked. (Note 1)

Spiritual  nakedness caused by sin, separates us from God (Isaiah 59:2). If we  enjoy sin, we are a friend of this evil world, and an enemy of God.  (James 4:4) Yes, our sin, that creates spiritual nakedness, separates us  from God, and can send us to Hell. Only if we turn from our sin (note  3) and seek forgiveness in Jesus Christ, can we enter into Heaven. In  Jesus Christ, spiritual nakedness is cleansed by the perfect sacrifice,  of the Lamb of God (John 1:29). (Note 2) Scripture says that after a  True Christian dies, they will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ,  clothed with a pure white garment of His righteousness (Romans 13:14,  Revelation 19:8).

Remember, when you see the word ‘naked’ in Scripture, it probably has a deeper or different meaning than simply without clothes.

Note  1 The root word used for ‘naked’ from referencing paragraph, is Strongs  #6174. This same root word is used in passages such as ‘naked out of my  mother’s womb’. (Job 1:21) The meaning is clearly ‘without clothes’.
Note  2 Before Jesus died on the Cross, there were many, many sacrifices to  cover sin (sometimes thousands in one day). But today, because of the  sinless (perfect) life of Jesus Christ and His once forever sacrificial  death, never again will a sacrifice be needed. All we need to do is turn  from our sin (Note 3), accept His precious Blood sacrifice to wash away  our sin, and receive the forgiveness of God.
Note  3 Definition ‘turning from sin’: Turn to God, with true sorrow and  repentance for sin. Allow the Holy Spirit to work in our life, to help  overcome sin. Understand that we will never be perfect in this life, but  with God’s help we can live a life that gives honor to Him.

Hebrews 9:22  And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Isaiah  59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and  your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
James  4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of  the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of  the world is the enemy of God.
John  1:29  The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold  the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof

Love hate and anger

There are 3 emotions of God I would like to consider in this article.
1 God loves mankind - It is His will that all turn to Him for Eternal Life (John 3:16)
2 God hates sin - It is sin that causes us to be separated from Him (Revelation 3:7, 1John 3:8)
3 God is angry at the acts of sin by nations and mankind. (Isaiah 13:11)

Remember  first of all, God loves us and wants ALL people to come to him in  repentance unto eternal life, through Jesus Christ (1Timothy 2:4). But  God’s anger is kindled by our evil nation, that murders babies, endorses  homosexuality, and uses its power to destroy the faith of our children.  

Can you hear the Lord God saying to the lukewarm Church of America (Revelation 3:17) 'Because  you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and  do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.'  There is no reward for a lukewarm church that has willingly given  control of our country to evil people. Persecution is coming to the  American Church. Any idea that God will use a per-tribulation rapture, just for the comfort of the adulterous American church is fantasy.

I  do not know the mind of God, but I do know that His love for people is  more important than survival of an evil nation (book of Jonah, Jeremiah  11:10-11). Will God’s love allow great trouble to come upon this nation  (or even fall), so people will turn to Him? It appears we are heading  that direction.

Continue  to pray for America and our leaders (1Timothy 2:1-2). Pray for yourself  and other Christians that The Lord God will make us stronger and draw  us closer to Him. Remember, it is God’s will that every person  sorrowfully turn from their sin, and to Jesus Christ for forgiveness  with Eternal Life. (Hebrews 9:27) God can turn sorrow into joy.

Do  not fear the coming days. We may be threatened, tortured or even killed  (Matthew 10:22, 24:9). Stay close to and trust in God. He will give us  the strength and words to say when they are needed. (Luke 12:12, Mark  13:11)
